This competition « by Unico officina di Tendenza » is regulated exclusively by Italian laws. Competition valid only on the Instagram social network.
1. Competition Dates: The Competition begins on August 7, 2023 and ends at 9:00 am on Saturday, September 9, 2023 (“Competition Period”).
The winner will be drawn on Sunday 10 September
2. Sponsor: unicolabtorino affiliated with «unicoofficinaditendenza», regularly registered with the Turin Chamber of Commerce with VAT number 06468250011, headquarters in Piazza de Amicis 82, registered brand that produces, selects and sells women's clothing and accessories.
3. Eligibility: the Competition is open to Instagram Italia users who have reached the age of majority and have access to an Internet connection and a valid email address.
Upon declaration of the Winner, Unico officina ditende reserves the right to ask any Participant for the veracity of the data. Any false declaration, indication of identity or address will result in the immediate exclusion of the Participant.
The Competition is subject to all applicable Italian laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
4. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Contest, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of sole trending workshop, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
5. How to Enter: During the Contest Period, entrants must on Instagram:
- like the Competition post on the @unicoofficinaditendenza account
- comment on the Competition post on the @unicoofficinaditendenza account by tagging 3 other Instagram users and tagging 1 place where the participant will spend their summer.
- Follow @unicoofficinaditendenza + @unicolabtorino
- have a public account.
Participants must ensure in advance that they have the consent of the tagged Instagram user, before entering their personal data (Instagram pseudonym). Unico officina di Tendenza declines any responsibility relating to such sharing without consent.
Entrant may not enter the Contest more than once during the Contest Period (i.e., a maximum of one comment per person and Instagram account during the Contest Period).
Any registrations by telephone, fax or post cannot be taken into consideration.
6. Prize: The Prize described below will be awarded to one (1) Winner, who must be an Entrant and meet the terms and conditions of entry.
The Prize consists of:
- one (1) Unico officina di Tendenza voucher worth one hundred and fifty euros (150) including taxes and shipping to be used on the website www.unicoofficinaditendenza.com
The Prize is personal, it cannot be exchanged or refunded for money.
The Unico officina di Tendenza voucher contained in the Prize will be valid until 31 December 2023.
The Unico officina di Tendenza voucher cannot be used during the Promo or Sale phase.
The Prize is awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The right to receive the Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted except at the sole discretion of Unico officina ditende or as otherwise provided herein. Unico officina trend will not replace the Prize in the event of loss, theft or damage.
Following acceptance of the Prize, the Winner authorizes only trendy workshop to use his name, city of residence, on all media known or unknown to date, in particular the Internet and social networks, without such use being capable to give rise to any compensation other than the Prize won, for the purposes of promoting the results of the Competition.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) Entrant will be selected at random on Sunday, September 10, 2023 using the Random.org tool based on the list of Entrants who comply with the conditions set forth in Article 5 hereof. The selected Winner will be announced after the Contest Period in the caption of the Contest Instagram post and via an Instagram Live.
The winner will be notified via private message on Instagram. If the Winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within seven (7) days from the day of the single trend workshop's attempt to contact the Winner and/or (iii) refuses the prize referred to in Article 6, the Winner permanently loses the right to win and receive the Prize, and an alternate Winner will be designated. After having contacted the Winner and verified that they comply with all the terms and conditions of participation in the Game, in particular by subjecting themselves to any further checks requested by Unico officina di Tendenza, the Winner will be definitively declared the "Winner" of the Game.
8. Processing of personal data and privacy policy: all personal data collected by unico officina ditendenza remains confidential and subject to the privacy policy / processing of personal data available on www.unicoofficinaditendenza.com
9. General Conditions: Decisions made by the sole trending workshop are final in all matters, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and the awarding of the Prize. Entrants assume all risks of loss, damage, destruction, delay or diversion of Contest materials sent to Unico Officina Trend.
Unico officina ditende reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or any part thereof, in the event of viruses, bugs, other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the sole workshop of trend compromise the administration, security, integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the sole workshop of trend in its sole discretion.
Unique Trending Workshop, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage or compromise the legitimate conduct of the Competition may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws and, in such case, unico officina ditende reserves the right to seek compensation for damages from any Participant in the maximum size permitted by law. Single Trending Workshop's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term. By participating in the Competition, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to comply with all terms of use of the Instagram website available at https://unicoofficinaditendenza.com/
10. Release: By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to release from liability and hold harmless Unique Trend Workshop and Affiliates and each of their respective officers and employees from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or property damage or loss, resulting from participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
11. Limitation of Liability: One Trend Workshop is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors, or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, delays, interruptions, or disconnections in telephone lines or network hardware or software; (3) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (4) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or postage-expired items; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
12. Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of Italy without regard to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, Entrant agrees that any cause of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Turin, Italy. Further, under no circumstances will Participant be entitled to recover damages for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim damages, whether punitive, incidental or consequential, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than Participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses, and Participant waives furthermore to all rights to multiply or increase damages.
Any question regarding the application or interpretation of the Official Rules, or any unforeseen matter that may arise, will be decided by Tendenza's sole discretion.
13. Winner's Name and Rules: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these official rules, send the request together with a stamped, self-addressed envelope with return receipt to Unico Officina di Tendenza, Corso Raffaello 6c
