Refund policy
The period available to make an exchange or a return in the case of a purchase of an online product, outside of a store, is 14 days from the date of purchase. You will be refunded for the exchange or return of any purchase made on our site the total number of products purchased with the exception of the return shipment which will be at the expense of the buyer. On the other hand, it is possible to exchange the goods even in physical stores, at no additional cost by showing the purchase receipt (paper or virtual).
The refund will be made with the original payment method used for the purchase.
Special conditions for exchanging or returning some items:
- Swimwear: must include the hygienic adhesive
- Accessories: must be returned with the original packaging intact.
- Customizable items: Since these are personalized garments, it will not be possible to replace them or return them, also the purchase of items with personalized colors cannot be canceled
