Shipping policy

The shipments in Italy and abroad are made through DHL Express Courier .

Shipping to Italy:

For orders over € 50.00, transport costs are free. For orders of less than € 50.00, shipping costs amount to € 6.00 (delivery in 24/48h).

During sales or in particular promotional periods, the shipping costs will always be paid.

As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

All orders placed on Friday-Saturday-Sunday and Monday will be processed on Tuesday and entrusted to the carrier in the afternoon by h. 19:30, for all orders placed from Tuesday to Thursday they will be handled by 12:00 on the following day and will be entrusted to the carrier in the afternoon of the same day; As soon as the order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive the tracking.

Following the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers dated 9 March 2020 , which establishes specific measures for the entire national territory, we inform you that all purchases made during the week will be processed on the Monday following the purchase, in order to protect the health and safety of our Customers as much as possible, of our staff and anyone who interacts with our network.
We confirm that the forwarder to whom we rely for all deliveries:"DHL Express"continues to take all necessary measures to deal with the emergency and contain the risk of contagion.
For this reason, in order to meet the needs of our customers and protect the safety of the Customers themselves and of our operators, with effective immediately , shipments can be delivered without the obligation to sign for acceptance.
We also inform you that from Monday 13 April also shipments referring to articles of shoes and accessories related to the store in via sant'Ottavio that had been suspended are again operational.
